The settlement process dragged out for approximately two years and finally the settlement took place just before Xmas 2013. There were many issues and obstacles that took place behind the scenes relating to the Vendor in relation to ongoing legal matters, issues with stake holders and many dealings with the solictor and conveyancer of the Vendor.
Kym constantly kept us informed with the progress, maintained professionalism at all times and perservered with the long process in her commitment and patience with the whole process.
